Submissions for "RAM 2026: Case Studies Submission " is now Open!
- Do you have a compelling airway case that challenged your clinical judgement and technical skills? A scenario that required precise airway assessment, multidisciplinary coordination, or innovative airway strategies in high-risk or unexpected situations?
- We are pleased to invite entries for "RAM 2026: Case Studies Submission", a dedicated session at RAM 2026 focused on real-world airway management. This interactive segment will explore complex and thought-provoking airway cases across diverse settings, including emergency airway management, anticipated and unanticipated difficult airways, perioperative challenges, critical care scenarios, paediatric airways, and the use of evolving airway technologies.
- Selected cases will be featured during the conference, where experts in airway management will share insights, discuss decision-making processes, and engage in dynamic discussion with the audience. Authors of chosen cases will receive complimentary registration to RAM 2026.
- This is a valuable opportunity to contribute to advancing airway practice, share lessons learned from the frontlines, and gain recognition among peers in the airway community. We look forward to learning from your experiences.

- All submissions are to be sent via email to abstract@regionalairwaymeeting.com.
- Abstracts must be submitted on or before 11 April 2026.
CONFIRMATION OF RECEIPT AND NOTIFICATION OF DECISION
- After making your submission, you will receive an email confirmation that it has been received
- You will be contacted subsequently regarding the status of your submission. Further information may be requested regarding the submitted case.
PREPARING YOUR SUBMISSION
- We welcome case submissions that:
- Involve complex airway assessment and decision-making in high-risk or critically ill patients
- Highlight challenging airway scenarios and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Provide clear educational value with key lessons learned for clinical Practice
- Submit a detailed case summary (500-800 words) including:
- Clinical Context (patient demographics, presenting problem)
- Key Challenges (diagnostic, therapeutic, ethical, and/or logistical)
- Management Approach (steps taken, rationale, and outcomes)
- Key Questions to be Discussed
- Tables, graphs, links to videos, and images may be included and should be attached to your email submission.
