Poster Guidelines
Event Dates: 25 – 27 September 2026
- Your poster must be displayed throughout the event, allowing delegates to view it during all event hours.
- The exact location will be communicated in August 2026 (after your registration).
Abstract Listing
- Abstracts will be grouped by topic, numbered, and listed in the programme.
Poster Attachment
- Double-sided adhesive tape will be provided for mounting posters.
- Do not use pins or 3M double-sided foam tape.
Poster Dimensions
- Size: A0
- Orientation: Portrait

Recommended Design Tips:
- Leave a margin around edges so content is not covered by tape.
- Use large, clear fonts (at least 13–16 pt for body text, larger for titles).
- Organise content in sections or columns for easy reading.
Poster Content
Your poster should include:
- Title, author(s), and institution
- Short summary
- Introduction, including background and objectives
- Methodology
- Summary of results
- Conclusions
- Tables, graphs, and images (coloured if possible)
- Text must be readable from 1 meter away
