Dr Tioh Beng Siong is a Consultant Anaesthesiologist and Critical Care Specialist currently serving as the Deputy Head of the Department of Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care at the Hospital Duchess of Kent in Sandakan, Sabah. He holds a Doctorate in Anaesthesiology and Critical Care from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and is internationally credentialed as a Fellow of the College of Anaesthesiologists of Ireland (FCAI) and a Diplomate of the European Society of Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care (DESAIC). Bridging clinical expertise with legal scholarship, Dr Tioh also attained a Master of Laws (LL.M) in Healthcare and Medical Law with Distinction. His research interests primarily focus on critical care medicine, anaesthesiology, and the intersection of medical law and ethics in clinical practice.
