Dr. Nor Fadhilah Shahril is an accomplished Clinical Specialist and Anaesthesiologist based at the Universiti Malaya Medical Centre (UMMC). She is currently an Intensive Care Trainee under the Adult Intensive Care Subspecialty Programme in Malaysia. She is presently completing a fellowship in the Department of Intensive Care Medicine at Ng Teng Fong General Hospital in Singapore.

Her clinical interests are deeply focused on critical care ultrasound, a field in which she is formally qualified and certified through the ACOUSTIC (A Certification of Ultrasound Use in Intensive Care) program organized by the Malaysian Society of Intensive Care (MSIC). Furthermore, she maintains a strong interest in perioperative airway management and its complexities within the ICU environment.

She has been instrumental in organizing various ultrasound workshops at UMMC targeted toward medical officers and has been heavily involved in haemodynamic workshops related to POCUS (Point-of-Care Ultrasound). Her contribution to the medical community is further highlighted by her role as a speaker at the ACTION (Advancing Critical Care Education & Collaboration) Agenda in 2023 organised by Malaysia Society of Anaesthesiologists and Malaysian Society of Nephrology in 2023.
