Dr Frances Lui (MBChB, FHKCA, FHKAM(Anaesthesiology), FANZCA) is the consultant and Chief of Service of the Department of Anaesthesia, Pain and Perioperative Medicine of Queen Mary Hospital in HK. She had over 25 years of anaesthetic experience in major head and neck surgeries done in QMH, including EC IC bypass and maxillary swing operations, laryngectomies, tracheal fistulae repair, mandibulectomies, free flap reconstructions using a variety of airway techniques. She also has extensive experience including other complex operations such as liver transplantation, IA thrombectomy, obstetric EXIT procedures, and major spine operations. She will be discussing anaesthesia care for laryngeal mass. Dr Lui is also the Vice-chairman of the Board of Exam of the Hong Kong College of Anaesthesiologists.  She had been invited to speak in both local and overseas conferences. She had contributed to the chapter addressing Non Technical Skills in the Oxford Textbook of Anaesthesia for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
